Who's that one Glock aftermarket parts company that bought out Mega Arms that's making their super expensive "Glock"? ZEV. Brain fart. They made everything but the frame and now makes a whole tricked out gun for a mint. Or what one would've spent using ZEV parts to mod out a Glock :D.

ZEV - I don't know the story behind them other than they charge a premium for everything.

Buying FTF, also does a pretty good job on a "Ghost gun."

There is a core group, trading, selling buying - in order to do just that. (Obfuscate the trail.) A "No Paper Gun," will quite often bring a premium.

Not that I would know anything about that.

I have thought about it even one of the gun shows on Wednesday Night devoted a segment to a company and how easy it s to build one of the kits the company had complete or partial kits . funny the show Jim S. could not show on Tv doing it but could explain how and tell how easy it was

just me but for the money and the fact I still can just buy one made at the factory I see no big savings just the fact it has no serial number
but for now I could buy one ( new or used ) just say it was sold to get the same effect
when the big hammer falls( by the left at one point in the future ) I will bet any gun made at home with out a number or some how tracked
will have xx days to be numbered and logged in / registered of forever be declared a felony to own . thats a given
I have build several AR rifles but now even a factory name built AR can be had for a 1/3 of what they were just a few years ago
who would have guessed a AK , sks or ruger mini 14 to name a few would sell for more than a AR -15

Ive built a handful of them. Really for fun but once you build one, you?ll want another.

I agree- its not something you do to save money.
    Here?s my 1st poly 80.

It?s basically 1911 ergos with Glock internals- this one took me a while to get right but I have even shot it at the local USPSA match.

    Looks good Warbirds.

I meant to only get frame for my 22LR Advantage Arms Glock 19 conversion. That didn't last long though.
