OK, I seriously doubt if he will see a single day in jail. A poster child for diversity, plus he is a DEMOCRAT, and the trial will be in Cook County.

When I served on a Grand Jury last October I learned it is possible to indite a hamburger. The prosecution could have exonerating evidence and by law is not required to tell the Grand Jury. It is a one sided deal, prosecution only and we were presented with only the facts the prosecution and LEO's wanted us to have.

I have a HUGE issue with a particular Lt. in the Middleport OH Police department. He either lied on the stand or was as full of crap as a spring goose. He had ALL of the drug charges from that little town along the Ohio river. No other Middleport OH LEO had a single drug case.

This guy is pulling folks over with trumped up probable causes and performing illegal searches. How do I know that? because I asked him to articulate why he pulled over a lady, it was his sixth drug case for himself. His reply, with a smug grin, was; "I can articulate a reason to pull ANYONE over". When asked if he ever issued a single traffic citation to the drivers on any of his drug paraphernalia busts he turned red and said he could not remember.

Well by God above I remember him and he should be booted off the force.

He'll walk - maybe a slap on the wrist.
Chicago PD and administration is more interested in who let the Fun And Good cat out of the bag on his self made crime.

I think the Fed crime will disappear too. The one that would bring the most jail time. Funny And Good Blacks get a pass.

Couldn't happen to a more deserving fellow.

When I was working one of my pet peeves was we wouldn't prosecute for filing a false police report.

    Never.

Never heard of him before all this hit the news and once his 10 minutes of fame expires, will never hear of him again.

And that is just how important the POS really is.

I wonder how much of that 16 will stick? I don't remember Robert Morton Downey getting in to too much trouble after his hoax of getting "assaulted" in the restroom with the backwards swastika.
