Hi-Point warranty center finds carbine barrel stuffed with 35 bullets
accuracy issues? does the guy EVER actually inspect his rifle?

  That will be a hard warranty to fullfill. There are terms and conditions for proper care.

  They gave him a newc barrel under warranty

  When I was doing work for a local gun shop I was given a Colt SA New Frontier Buntline that was listed on the repair tag as a bullet stuck in the barrel.
  Yes, the whole barrel from about an inch from the muzzle to just in front of the forcing cone was full. All copper jacketed. I bought a new barrel on sale at Numrich for $35 and replaced the barrel. How would you clear a full barrel of jacketed .22 caliber bullets ? I'm not sure what he was charged but I guess he complained about the repair bill and claimed he had a friend that could have removed them.
