Now, I'm staying signed in

Followed someone's suggestion and deleted all saved passwords in Firefox password manager except my "one" current one and I can now remain signed in to GB. If you are still having problems with remaining signed in, try it.

    I run you for the record time of staying logged in. :D
    My old record was 2 1/2 days.

    Unfortunately what you are experiencing is likely just a fluke, and you will find it does not last. I have taken care of EVERY issue they recommended be done, and my ability to stay logged in is still extremely sporadic at best.

    My transition from the old site to this one was seamless, as I did not experience any of the issues that others did, including those that had to create new accounts. I'm pretty computer literate, so it's not a matter of something stupid on my end,.....it's the forum, trust me.

    PS: It's actually working fairly well today, but that most likely doesn't mean much in the big picture.

    LOGGED OUT AGAIN!!1 NOW I SEE THE LOG IN PANEL ON THE BOTTOM OF THE SCREEN HAS GONE TO A DIFFERENT FORMAT THAN LAST TIME.
    THE NAME IS TO THE LEFT OF THE PASSWORD, ALWAYS WAS ON TOP OF IT.
    THIS SITE HAS TWO MANY LOGIN OPTIONS...CONFICTS.
    MAYBE IT'S TIME TO DELETE THE GUN AUCTION ADDS AND "GUNGINIUS SHIT AND GET ON WITH A FORUM,INSTEAD OF A MARKETING WEBSITE!!!!

    As soon as I seen that warning about forum update that said to me
    the forum would change to nothing but advertising. That is where the problem lies.

    Glad someone is not having this problem! I had to make one post three times, and had to copy my post, paste, and hit submit so that I would not have to make a fourth try. The log-out bug is fast!!!!!!!

    Logs out every few minutes for me. Cleared cookies and restarted everything.

    Yeah. None of that stuff works. It still logs me out every couple of minutes.

    Just have to wait for the forum software fix.

    I'm on three forums that use Invision Community for their forum software. I like it, easy to use and powerful. It has a few problems, but overall very good!
