customer care.......
bought a 1000, bullets last year in april, just got around yesterday to loading the last ones up, and was 36 short. I know that doesnt' seem much but when I buy something I expect full amount. just happened to find the invoice in bottom of box and called this morning to see if anything could be done, more to complain as it was April 18th last year I bought them, and fully expected to hear it has been to long, sorry.
got hold of a nice young lady and told her what happened and said I could understand a few missing 2-3 either way as they probubly weighed them out for bulk lots. she said no problem and asked for order number, I gave it to her and appologized for the long time as it has been almost a year, but I only load in 250-500 at time. she said no problem and asked if my name and address were still same and said she would be sending the bullets out tommorow. the company was x-treme bullets, we shall have to see if I get the replacements but at least they were nice, polite and willing to fix problem on phone.

I would have been happy for them to have come that close, very low percentage shortage. What if they'd sent 36 too many ? 0 -
so if you bought a new box of bullets and 2-3 of the 50 were missing you wouldn't mind??????Mr. Coffee wrote:I would have been happy for them to have come that close, very low percentage shortage. What if they'd sent 36 too many ?0 -

Of course I'd mind, also I'd worry about the quality of the ammo, but a box of live bullets is a totally different scenario vs. empty bulk brass of volume....... EDITED NOTE: My apologies, I saw the word "loading" and assumed it was brass you had ordered. I knew my speed reading course would get me in trouble one day...
