    I guess if I had grown up in your part of the world then it would just be normal weather and I would be used to it . However , growing up in the south I have to wonde why someone would want to live where it gets that cold

    I, on the other hand, live up north, and can?t fathom why anyone would want to live in the south. With all the heat, humidity, bugs, snakes and such.

    I, for one, love this weather. I used to work construction outside year round. Now I mainly work inside, but volunteer to go work outside every time it?s needed.

    Plus, you can dress for the cold, but once it gets hot you're hot.

    I cannot understand why folks waste their time shoveling snow, driving in horrible conditions, High heat bills living up north.

    As compared to living where there are hurricanes, tornadoes or earthquakes?

    It comes with the territory, and frankly there is not a more beautiful day than one that starts with bright sunshine and fresh blanket of snow that squeaks when walked upon.
