One can hope and dream

After reading what Hillary Clinton has said about Congress should continue the investigations of Trump even if Mueller clears him makes me ill.

One way for me to feel much better about the whole Clinton Crime Family is if Bill Clinton ate his Wheaties and beat his hag wife into a coma for a week or so. Hate is a strong emotion but with Hillary and her crimes going unpunished I might be tipping towards actually hating that evil, lying, slimy hag.

    Comey, Lerner, McCabe, Abedin, Holder, Rice and the list goes on. These and other DEMOCRAT hacks crimes are far worse than anything DJT is being investigated for,

    You do have a good, and valid point. I never thought I would ever see this nation as divided as it is, though it started way before Trump. Sad times we are living in for sure.

    Well guy since you don't mention Obama, and think that our present POTUS is somehow part of the hate problem, then I have to agree with some others when it was said "don't let the door hit you in the ass on the way out."

    There is an old saying "Lead - follow - or get out of the way " glad you decided to get out of the way. I am amazed as well at all the hate , but Trump may have been the catalyst by spoiling the time schedule of the corrupt deep state, but he is not the cause. I have a lot to say, but not here, not now. I am trying to be part of the solution rather than part of the cause . It is an uphill battle for those of us that are still Americans.

    While I am no fan of the current President, I am having trouble finding exactly where he is intentionally sowing division. Trump is a counter-puncher, and frankly the hatred is coming at him from those (primarily) that are offended that a non-politician can waltz into the White House.

    The requested document dump fishing expedition (no identified crime, but we are going to subpoena documents to find it or one) is just the latest example.

    This targeting logically drives those that support Trump further into his corner and even those like me who are ambivalent are logically pushed into some support of him due to the abuse of power by those on the left.

    It is important to keep an open mind as to the root cause of the division.

    It is not Trump stating that illegal immigration must be stopped because a lot of bad actors are crossing an unsecured border.

    It is not Trump stating that we need to thoroughly vet folks coming into this country from areas with a significant terrorist presence.

    The root cause in this case is the overblown reaction by the identity politicians on the left and far left who seem to have only one goal which is to ensure that nothing on Trumps' agenda gets through Congress, regardless of its merits.

    So you are going to Italy. Apparently you have served 12 + 25 years. I assume then that you will be having whatever money is guaranteed to you by the country and the communities you served sent to you in Italy, removing it from the US Economy.

    Or is your disgust of this country sufficient that you will actually make some sacrifice while expressing it?

    As always Don - common sense... I agree - trump isn't causing the division. His being elected is. His detractors (mostly on he left but with some on the right) are the ones sowing division. I wish they'd give him a chance to govern without all the BS.

    I never thought I would see this day, when our country would be so divided. The hatred is unreal. The one thing about our government that amazes me is, Weather it be the democrats or republicans, is they really don't truly represent US citizens, the people that elected them. Weather something is right or wrong in their mind, they vote along party lines, and not for the constituents that voted them in. It's like they don't have a mind of their own. It really make people want to revolt. I usually don't get into political conversations with friends or acquaintances, for the simple fact that they won't change my mind and I won't change theirs. That doesn't mean I don't respect their opinions or want to harm them or hate them. The entire US government, needs to start thinking about, We the People, and not themselves and what kind of benefits they can receive by holding an office.

    The hope and dream never have left. Its always been this way. With the internet its just more extreme. Glad it is since were it not for the information age we would be in the dark on what is truly happening. That would be a shame and a real reason to leave.
