This is just a pattern for the MSP. About 6-8 have been indicted in federal and some in state court for overtime fraud.
They doctored tickets to make it look like they were using federal funds for overtime for speeding enforcement. None of the tickets were for real people.
Caused all of the MSP a lot of headaches. Now all cruisers have GPS so they can be tracked constantly.0 -
No items taken into evidence should be destroyed with out a court order, ordering them destroyed. Then when they are destroyed a sworn affidavit is filed with the court so that the Judge is informed that this/her order has been fulfilled. Someone should be in deep kimchee, but that's not likely. 0 -
