Help verify model and maybe S&W ship date?

I have what I believe is a Chiefs Special and from what I was told around a 1956 ship date. Can someone check out my listing and just verify? Have some people asking about C&R and want to make sure it is ok.

  Yes, 1956 is the DOM, according to the SCSW. I'd ship to a C&R.

  Thanks for your help! Unfortunately someone more knowledgeable than me on these older Smiths had me look for a crack in the frame. Sure enough it had one that I never saw. Trying to get admin to close auction. Thanks again!
