Hasn't been mentioned much lately. When does my friend become a fugitive? What are the penalties? Any law suits pending? I don't want to bail him out!

  no judge wants to touch a gun related law even a bad one
  but dollars to doughnuts if it was a suit by some happy transgender, cant make up there mind if there black white male female , or some plant life the judges would be all over it same with a ruling against trump and the illegal POS invaders but thousands /millions of gun owners are screwed same with all middle class in the country . step on and over us to protect the pond scum and worthless getto dwellers

  Please be aware I am in no way advocating or approving of this but if you?re a Washington State resident and want to get rid of your bumpstock the Washington State Patrol will take up to 5 per person and give you a voucher for $150(which is less than what they cost new ) If you?re caught with one after the cutoff date you are an instant felon. I don?t even know where you?d be safe to use one after the date so it essentially becomes a large door stop. But that?s your decision and I won?t give you hell over it. I don?t believe it will be overturned in court but you can always hope. You need to call the WSP to find the location nearest you that is accepting them AND has the voucher.
