Welcome back DWS. 0 -
If that is really the Original "You," then Yes, Welcome back.
Where you been?0 -
Looking forward to a few DWS posts. One liners are best, like: ?That guys farts contain more brain cells than you have in your body.?
Some might be worth saving.0 -
Well, I'll be damned.. Good to see ya, Rob.. 0 -
So how did you like that new Buick? I hate when the ass doesn't fit the seats. 0 -
Sometimes, it's good to be wrong.
Welcome back, DWS.0 -

Thinking DWS was joking about being being given a Buick. I remember one post:
Of course I got yellow, (Hummer) because nothing else quite says * you like an 8000lb banana following too close or impeding your view of oncoming traffic. Yes, I know it is just a rebodied Suburban with a shameless, added pretense only marketing people can contrive, but at least I don't own any H&Ks. Have a nice day.

Rob it is great to "see" you again. I tried to contact you a couple of times, but was unsuccessful and failed to continue trying.
Do you still have your horses, and have you gotten another pup?0 -

I'm down to nine horses. I lost both my senior guys last year, aged 41 and 43, respectively (Icelandic horses have great longevity; Lord willing, the remaining nine will all outlive me). Gotta say, it's getting harder every year for this old man to feed and water these gangsters, especially when it's below zero in 25 mph steady winds.I still ride Gidja, my beauty queen mare, down to the lake fishing in summer, though. No, no other pup. There will always and only be one Eiger. I visit his resting spot (what used to be his favorite hideout in a little dell below the cabin) every day, kicking away snow if I have to. Thanks for asking.0 -
Welcome back!!
I missed your posts.
But then again, I miss Joe the 10/22 expert too !!

Burmese mountain dog, IIRC. They are good, good dogs. Did you ever decide on a replacement for the hummer?DancesWithSheep wrote:dlrjj wrote:Rob it is great to "see" you again. I tried to contact you a couple of times, but was unsuccessful and failed to continue trying.

I finally got "reactivated".
Been wondering if the change might facilitate the return some missing members.0 -
