Loads needed for 30-40 Krag Rolling Block

Anyone load for the 30-40 Krag in a No. 5 Remington Rolling Block? Looking for a few loads.

  I liked the old 190 gr Lyman cast bullet in a 30-40. Data for a Krag should be just fine in your RB. Data for the 95 Winchester might be ok, data for the #1 and #3 Ruger is likely way to hot.
  
  Looking in my Lyman 49th edition the 210 gr 311284 bullet running 28gr of 5744 MAX in a Krag is listed as the accurate load around 1995 FPS.
