    I have a sweatshirt over my tshirt and I can't figure out if I'm hot or chilly. I may go put shorts on and some winter boots......maybe that will even things out.

    Who knows......I may end up in a snow suit and flip flops before this day is done.

    5 days ago they said snowstorm - 3 days ago that said warm and rain - today it's snow again and an accumulation

    Was at a Christmas market in Budapest Hungary in middle of November.

    It was so warm that they were joking that they wanted to ban bikinis after 6 pm so it still felt like a Christmas market.
