Can you open carry without a concealed carry permit in Pa.?

If you take the time to beat up on me fine you could respond with helpful info.

Yes, but not while driving. A License To Carry Firearms is also required to open carry in Philthydelphia.

BTW...there is no "concealed carry permit" in PA; it is a License to Carry Firearms. You will not find the words "concealed" or "permit" printed on either side of it.[;)]

Thanks for the clarification. I thought the Pa. carry permit was for concealed.
