Last night: Old Forrester Birthday bourbon 101 proof. Bold but good
Tonight: Stagg Jr. 127 proof. Good flavor, not harsh, but 127 proof is strong - I enjoyed it more with a splash of water and a cube of ice

I really enjoyed it!
Another great bourbon from the Buffalo Trace Distillery that is on Allocation around here.
