    Why is a problem in Sudan, Burundi, or Lebanon (or any other place) a US National Emergency?????

    I can see the Somali pirates, if they affect our ships (they don't...but could I suppose).

    But a problem in the CONGO????

    That's just about the point. The bar for a "National Emergency" is already set pretty low.

    Not one lib squawked when Obama established more gun control by fiat when "Congress wouldn't" so they have no ground to stand on now. That of course will mean nothing because the past never happened for Dems - only what they rant about now counts.
