Houston Drug Raid Gone Wrong
Things are coming out about the raid where 4 officers were shot, and it doesn't look good.
Seems a criminal informant did not make a buy from the house prior to the raid. Also, one of the officers shot had two bags of undocumented meth in his police car during the raid.

Something happened right after the shooting and what appears to be 1+ hours after it started.
No drug buys before raid? Smells fishy.0 -
If it comes out that the officer falsafied the reports that drugs we're bought from the two "suspects" and he used the false reports to raid the house resulting in the "suspects" deaths, that officer should be up for two counts of murder 1. And front page clarification of the crime committed and the word suspects changed to victems of a murderous HPD officer 0 -
That Chief needs to let the FBI or Texas Rangers do an independent investigation. Does not look good. 0 -

The FBI could not determine where the sun will rise based on their recent abilities to investigate. IMHO

The Texas Ranger Division (Rangers) are a part of the Texas Department of Public Safety (DPS) and I believe they would answer to the Commander of the TX DPS.
They are actually a small group spread out between about 7 "Companies" within Texas IIRC.0 -
Odd they found that one house to raid with no reason. Wonder if the Marine got into it with one of them in the past and it was a vendetta .Neighbors said they were quiet people with no traffic. 0 -
Most of you know that I felt there was a possum in the woodshed on this incident.
Don?t sale the HPD Special Investigations department short though. They are the ones who have found the irregularities so far.
The family of the deceased could always call for the FBI to conduct an investigation into if their civil rights were violated.
The Chief Law Enforcement Officer in Harris County is the DA, and they draw most of their investigators from retired Harris County Sheriff Department Dectectives. The Sheriff is the second highest ranking Law Enforcement Officer in the county, and I?m sure both the Sheriff & the DA?s office are into this up to their necks behinds the scene, as are the Rangers already.

I proposed on another forum that the only drugs they'd find were what the cops had in their pockets or gear. Seems I'd guessed correctly this time.
Were some of the cop's wounds caused by blue on blue?0 -
I reckon the family could demand a hair test on the deceased to prove they didn't do drugs. 0
