Youtube "Closed Caption"

Been watching with the "CC" because of the audio quality sounds garbled or language ain't mine or I'm rusty. So I'm watching this Canadian living in Japan who's explaining how to rent (he does other subjects) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iZ5f_QokinY anyways with the "CC" on when the Japanese person starts talking and the "CC" takes over the fun begins [:D].

The youtube "CC" is off like language monkey smoking meth. They're hooked on phonicsing what's being said or the "CC" is for something else. Around 1:15 is what I'm yapping about https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=okbBc-qoHb4

I got to rewatch all those Begin Japanology, Trails To Tsukiji and others for the youtube "CC".

    I know exactly what you mean, it's just like reading instructions that has been translated from Chinese or Japanese...

    I don't think there's an exact translation for another language.

    Just love some of those translations.[xx(]

    Once I had a kid's toy to put together. Instructions went something like this:

    ......step 6= user tighten nut #n5 firmly.
    ......step 7= user place cover c2 over nut #n5.
    ......step 8= before tighten nut #n5 place washer w1 on axle.
