And Yes!
Have been to Carly's Club on Marthas Vineyard several times. "Cat on a Hot tin roof." Awesome times there. Like being on the set of Gilligans Island.
Anyone else ever been there?
Surely you have Mike? If not, please go.
Have seen several Ska bands there. (Ska and the Skalutations etc.) Awesomly good times! [:D]0 -

Yup. She did it for me back in the day[;)][:D][:D].....HUBBA HUBBA!!!0 -
Have not been to her place - but have seen her around at the black dog cafe and the chilmark store - and at the Martha's vineyard rod and gun club...
I keep to the local townie - year rounders bar since they don't consider me a blow in or a mainlander
Cheaper prices and better service - no tourists or vacationers
I worked one summer for the ferry service and one summer as an auxiliary LEO (no gun - a junior program but in uniform)

Debbie Harry from Blondie
Not the hottest looker, but she always made me think "That girl would be wild in bed".

I like your thinking. [:D]0 -
Wasn't overly impressed by any female vocalists. Stevie Nicks was OK and so was Grace Slick with the Jefferson airplane.
The was a little earlier than the dates specified:
Grace Slick singing the White Rabbit at woodstock in 1969.

Annabella Lwin (and since I was born in 1971 it's legal)
Ola Ray
Kim Wilde
Now I admit that these 3 are a tad obscure - but look them up
Anybody remember them???

Blue lamp is an amazing tune but overlooked - that album was also damn good - and Stevie looked good too

If only Mama Cass would have shared her sandwich with Karen. They both would still be alive today![:D][:D]0 -

Well, she was a Playboy Bunny. And my choice, too. Some good bands came out of CBGB[:D]0
