    I hope you find what you're looking for,

    But remember doing sells off the auction site is prohibited here.it might be better to ask if somebody has what you need to put it on the auction side with the buy it now for you so you don't violate the rules

    Take a hacksaw or cutting torch to that gun. They are NOT safe to shoot.
    That company was put out of business because the Stainless steel was too
    brittle and exploded or too soft and blew apart. It is an investment casting gun that didn't work.

    No plans on firing it : just wants it in working condition :

    Not trying to do 'off auction sales' ? No Idea where that came from ???

    It was modeled after the SW J-frames. Some parts are rumored to fit with a little work.
    If he is your buddy, leave out the firing pin, or "buddy" may change
    to "lefty".

    If it's in working condition, he's gona shoot it.
    And you ain't telling me other wise.

    Personally I'd destroy it, maybe your friend may not plan on shooting it but what about his kids, his grandkids or his great-grandkids, xcetera, somebody will eventually want to fire it... It's not a good thing, and in my opinion irresponsible to leave a firearm that is made out of substandard material and has a history of blowing up in tact...

    Either destroy it, or if it's an heirloom permanently make the firearm inoperable.

    Making a firearm permanently inoperable

    Making a firearm permanently inoperable means the firearm has been permanently altered in a prescribed manner to ensure that a projectile can no longer be fired from that firearm.

    To render a firearm permanently inoperable the following actions could be taken:

    If the firing pin can be removed as a separate item: the pin must be removed and the end of the pin hole nearest the chamber must be closed with weld.
    If the firing pin cannot be removed as a separate item: the pin must be ground or cut so that it cannot strike a round of ammunition in the chamber.
    The chamber must be made incapable of taking a round of ammunition by welding a steel insert into the end of the chamber or welding a steel rod vertically across the chamber.
    The firing mechanism must be immobilised by welding its internal components together and to the trigger.

    Nobody's arguing here, we're just giving our opinions as to what should be done with a firearm that is made of inferior materials and has been proven dangerous in the past to shoot.

    Ultimately it's their decision, their responsibility, and their conscience
