So whats the verdic of the Shockwave in Ohio ?

So did the repeal of the short barrel Mossberg/Remington Shockwave type gun law go thru or not in Ohio "HB228",i heard the numb nuts didnt put the right wording in the right place so at this time its still will be illegal,anyone heard anything different,or a update ??

    Apparently the text was placed in the wrong place and since it was voted into law, they cannot simply amend the text to put it in the right place.

    They must now pass it again either as a new law or an amendment to the existing law.

    Probably not going to get straightened out for months.

    I have a hard time understanding how this can happen,you would think the bill would have been read and proof read hundreds of times before being voted on..we have monkeys running our government.

    not sure what all they added or left out
    my youngest son told me that had a lot of anti-gun rules / laws written in the last bill they no one was aware of .. like magazines and flash hiders and leaning anti assault looking firearms
    I have not checked but he told me a lot of internet traffic on the web sites about it
