Trying To Update My FFL Information...

I moved from Florida to Iowa so my FFL number changed. This is the one thing I cannot update myself.

I have sent half a dozen messages to customer support with all the information required including scans of my new FFL but I keep getting support request closed messages although nothing is updated or changed.

What do I do? I just need to get my FFL number changed on my account so I can get back to offering dealer services.

  I'll try the phone numbers provided. I don't think I have a BBB complaint and honestly I don't think that would be a terribly friendly way to resolve my issue.
