    It is subjective, generally if it's concealed from common observation then it's concealed. That in the end comes down to the officer's articulation, and the Judge's evaluating of all the evidence presented.

    Yes, it WILL be necessary, since this is a state code matter, and not a Federal. It will be spelled out in the criminal code of each state. In Virginia, that is ? 18.2-308.




    That is a quick and dirty- the full course including case law/ precedents is about a one semester course, and I would have to charge you tuition. Or drop a few bucks and get THIS: 2018 Traveler's Guide to the Firearm Laws of the Fifty States
