Vintage Steven's 311 20ga high enough quality for you?
95% or better. Clean and tight.0 -
What I want and will never part with the money to make the want a reality: The very high end Browning stack barrels in 16, 20 28 gauge and 410. The Parker repos in the same gauges/bore.
A Les Baer 45 ACP. The Les Baer is semi doable if I did some careful shopping!0 -
The problem is after I buy one from my wish list...I hear Peggy Lee singing in the background.."Is that all there is my friend".. 0 -
Soo many guns. Soooo little time. 0 -
The hole I'm missing in a "they are tools, one for each type of job" sort grouping, is revolvers. Ain't got any, can see a spot for 3 or 4 (DA 22 for target/plinking, da 357, sa 357 or 44, maybe sa 22) 0 -
Right now a 7-30 waters winchester and a 1885 chambered in 405 winchester 0 -
My rifle collection is about where I want it.
Now if you wanted to talk about pistols....0 -
The older I get,the harder I am to impress.I cant think of any must haves anymore. 0 -
The Delta Elite was the last on my bucket list. Took about 25 years to fulfill.
May get a Springfield trapdoor if I can find one in very good condition.0 -
I may have a .50AE lever action guide gun built. Other than that, I?m pretty much done. 0 -
I have just about every gun I ever wanted. Have really slowed down buying almost to a stop. I did just get an older Colt "Trooper" just because it says Trooper on the barrel. Already have a Colt ".357" and 3 "Officers Model Matches" in .38, .22lr and .22 Mag. They are almost identical guns. 0 -
A Colt Lightning Large Frame Carbine. I've only actually ever seen 1 0 -
One of those Ruger 10/22 Chargers. What a great way to waste some ammo. 0 -
How many are there? 0 -
Right now a 243 lever action. there are two on a auction coming up. A winchester and a savage. To many others to list. But I have more wishes then money. If I don't get one at the auction my purchase this year will probably be a T/CR22. Try to only buy one a year.
Still want a Momentum and M18.0 -
I?m down to one drooler.
Winchester Model-21 16ga F/M.
Probably never happen, but one can wish.

I bought one of those for my son for Christmas a few years ago.
I also bought him a silhouette stock and a bull rifle barrel, so all we have to do is change the stock and the barrel to move between a pistol and a rifle...So if you start out with a pistol, you can potentially have two firearms out of one receiver. The pistol that it was first made into and a rifle. But you can't start out with a rifle and make it into a pistol.
The BATFE has made it very clear that once a receiver is built into a rifle, whether by a factory or by you, it is always a rifle and converting it to a pistol is illegal. However, it is perfectly legal to build the receiver into a pistol first and then convert it to a rifle. If the receiver is built into a pistol first, you can configure it back and forth from handgun to rifle and back again as much as you want. However, you must be vigilant to ensure that a shorter than 16?? barrel is never on the receiver at the same time as a stock.
The proper order for converting an AR pistol to a rifle is to remove the short barrel (usually done by removing the entire upper receiver group), installed the 16??+ barrel (usually done by installing an entire upper receiver group), and then installing the stock. I repeat, the stock and short barrel must never be on the receiver at the same time or you will have created an illegal short barreled rifle (SBR).
The proper order for converting a rifle BACK to an AR pistol is to remove the stock, remove the 16??+ barrel, and finally install the <16?? barrel.0
