    Wish my Gun Friendly State, (TN) would do the same. I'd like to see this in all 50 States, as per the Constitution.

    The only problem (unless it's in the bill - I didn't read it) is that you won't have state reciprocity unless you can still keep a CCW permit.

    At the same time, DEMOCRAT states such as OR, WA, IL etc are in the process of dismantling all gun rights.

    I keep seeing Arkansas lumped into the 15 states that do not require permits to carry openly or concealed.

    To the best of my knowledge as a citizen of that state, no one really knows what the heck is allowed.

    Governor says he reads it as permitless carry.
    AG says maybe it means permitless carry.
    Each town or county sheriff or state trooper will handle it as they see fit.

    I wish the state legislature would go back and rewrite the law to be plain and simple.

    They are getting more stupid as each day goes by. My wife and I are starting to plan a move to warmer climes and a more gun friendly state.
