Bert Model 94 Question

Any idea when 1364915 was made. I know the blue book is woefully inaccurate as to their serial number dates of manufacture and they list 1317450 being the last made in 42 and then starting up at number 1500001 in 1949.

I just pulled the fore end and mag tube. Underneath is marked 32WS 42 so I guess that answers my question.

  Serial number 1364915 is an early (April) 1946 production Model 94. When production of the Model 94 was suspended (August 23rd, 1942) to support WW II production efforts, Winchester still had at least a few thousand 1942 barrels still on hand, and they used them when production resumed in September 1945. It took several months to use them all up and make a new batch of "46" dated barrels. Serial number 1369559 (May 1946) is the highest serial number I have found thus far with a "42" dated barrel.
