4 states it is illegal to collect rainwater.....now some are taxing the amount that runs off your property because of concrete or driveways ???? one state has put in 40 new taxes since 2007.....surely there must be a degree or credentialling available for the esoteric creation of new taxes.....trying in Maryland to unite several states around to collect $7.7 BILLION in runoff taxes to spend ....to pay for water running OUT of our country and we CANNOT even collect less than that to build a wall to keep illegals from running IN ???
