Whitaker is just a Trump flunky! He was never confirmed by the Senate. To his credit he did not screw anything up! Luckily, nothing big happened because Trump's right to appoint him like that has not been tested in court and may not be legal. Had something big happened it would have went to the Supreme Court. My side may not like Barr but at least Trump cannot push him around, and when confirmed by the Senate it is legal whether we like it or not! We will change all that soon enough. 0 -

The president has every right to appoint an interim AG. Been done many times. Where do you get the idea he doesn't? Trust me, if Trump EVER does anything unlawful every Democrat in America will be screaming for impeachment.
