Hated to see it go
Sold my ole truck tonight, 291189 miles when the guy drove off a little remorse came over me
I bought that truck new in 1996, very little repair, regular oil changes very reliable. Just been sitting in the yard with insurance and registration but I never really use it.
I hope the guy gets another 100K out of it, I sold it for 1200 I told the wife I almost felt guilty but it went with truck box, hitch and ball, great tires all around, and while it has bruises it goes and stops. Guy didn't want to test drive it just bought it and drove off.

I watched the Dodge go up the drive a few weeks back. Didn't know that truck was as noisy as it was..Had it 11 yrs. longest ever for me. 1200 the guy can do repairs and still keep it going. Southern trucks don't rust. 0 -

Sold my 95' Ranger, lift kit, 2" hitch, nice tires, tool boxes, well taken care of, 5 speed manual, @ 198,000 miles. (Forget the selling price, it was a good deal though.) Co-worker bought it for his Dad.
It ran for quite a few more years. It was a MUCH better truck than my 2000 Ranger. (Nothing but problems.)
Was going to give it to my Son a couple years back, after letting it sit in the back driveway for a year. Mechanic said it had more issues than he would personally address if it was his. (Stopped the total at $2800.)
Wimpier engine, worse gas mileage, auto, non-stop brake issues, frame/undercarriage salt issues thanks to NY/NJ. Etc. Etc. Soured me on Fords.0
