Read how to stop those unwanted calls.....not sure if it works but:

On your landline, simply dial *77 and it will stop anonymous and private calls.

To remove it, simply dial *87.

I know about that, but they're never anonymous or unlisted numbers

Okay, first some background info. And this may be considered racist.
When I was a teenager, I always had hotrods in my mom's backyard, some were loud. Only 1 neighbor complained. Mom always defended me and fought
    with the PIA woman.
After a few days, Mom told the PIA "Fine you win. I'm selling the house and leaving with my family".

Mom then "borrowed" a big HOUSE FOR SALE sign and put it in the front
    yard.
It was from The South Jamaica Real Estate company.

South Jamaica reality only sold houses to black families.

We lived on a 100% white block back in the 1960's.

Now here's what to do........List his house/apt with the worst
reality company there is in his town. Use your phone #
as a contact number. List it in all local papers, room to share, ect ect.
Arrange meetings and times to view the place.
People will be knocking at his door.

Thought of that, but he's the only real estate agent in his town...[V]

He does have 58 rental properties though, maybe I'll place an ad in the his local newspaper with free six months rent with no move in costs, with his phone number[:D]

In fact, I think I'll listed on tradio so it doesn't cost me anything to list. Thanks for the idea[:D]

    Sell his car on {elsewhere}.
List his cell phone number with "I work evening shift and sleep days so please call between midnight and 6AM."

Wait until you know no one is home. Drive by with your battery-power driver and a pocket full of sheet rock screws.
A screw or two in each door and window will keep his belongings secure in his absence.

A couple of screws in every door while he is sleeping inside is even funnier.

BTW, if he asks to borrow your power driver and a handful of screws - don't! [:D]

Good idea, but I pulled that on him before. He'll spot that a mile away, plus it doesn't blow up his phone like my phone's being up blown up today...

But like I said, I pulled that on him before so it is a good idea. thank you

Go to the magazine section at your local public library. Gather up about 100+ of those subscription cards that are in every magazine. Fill in your "friends" name and address with the bill me feature checked on each of those cards.

Wait about 6 weeks for all those magazines to be delivered and all of those invoices arriving, wanting paid for all those magazines.

It will probably take him 2 or 3 months to get all of that mess cleared up. This "friend" will be much more careful about practical joking you in the future!![}:)][}:)]

Order 10 tons of the big railroad rock and have it dumped in his driveway.
Without a tractor, them big rocks are only moved one at a time.[}:)]

We did this to a guy at work.
It was worth the cost of the rock.

Heres a link to a newspaper article. Google the "groups" listed.
Buy 6 or 7 $25 money orders under his name.
Send each group a mo with a note: "Keep up the good work and add my name
to your mailing lists--more donations to follow."

Most news papers have a free section for special events and anniversaries. In his paper I would call in an add about wishing him a happy birthday. Include a picture of him (if you have one) and end the add with his phone # asking everyone to call with birthday wishes!

The same paper also offer freeby's for free pets. Use his address and phone # listing free purebred puppies to good homes! [:D]

List his address as available for section 8 rental. Apply in person only.

Request catalogs for sex toys, anal lube, etc in his name but use his neighbor's address so the literature is delivered to the neighbors with his name on it. That way his neighbors can hand deliver his mail to him.

    True story.
I was on contract with a major defense contractor where we had a problem with a snitch in our dept. If someone was a few minutes late getting in or a few minutes late getting back from lunch, this snitch would run to our management to rat us out. No matter what we did, it always got told to our management. This was a daily event and we frequently ended up being reprimanded because of this tattletale.
So, when we had finally had enough, we took up a collection. Everyone in the dept contributed $10 and we ordered an inflatable ?companion? in the snitch?s name and had it delivered to the company.
When the doll arrived, it went to shipping and receiving like all incoming packages where it was opened. The shipping and receiving guys had a great sense of humor so they inflated the doll before they delivered it to our snitch.
It was quite a walk from shipping and receiving to engineering and walking through the halls with this inflatable doll attracted a lot of attention and people followed the doll to see what was going on. It resembled a scene from the Pied Piper. By the time they got the doll to engineering, there was quite a large entourage following.
This large audience was present when they presented the doll to our snitch and asked him to have personal packages delivered to his home instead of to the company in the future.
Our snitch was mortified and permanently scarred as he was never allowed to live it down and became an object of ridicule from that day on. People would mention his name along with a little chuckle.
I left there shortly after that but later heard through the grapevine that the snitch never got over the embarrassment and ended up taking a job somewhere else.

Donate $10 to cancer research using his name and address.
I donated years ago and still am getting every charity organization in the world sending me letters wanting money.
I should not have written a check.

I've already decided one of the many payback's that I'm going to give him (I believe in giving back 7 fold)[:D] will involve sending him some "Bill Me later" subscriptions to g.ay magazines using his neighbors addresses with his name as the receiver...[}:)][}:)]

    That'll go over real good in a LDS religion neighborhood...[:D][:D]}
