    Like the butt logos.

    The lines surrounding the checkering patterns are not as precise as I'd expect with a machine,

    Unfortunately, can't make comparisons with "standard" checkering. Guess I'd need "side by side" photo(s).

    Finally, the clamping method doesn't seem tht it'd keep the stock from moving ever so slightly, especially as fast as the stock is rotated.

    The borders aren't as clean as they could be because the laser is emitted in pulses.
    At 1:57 you can see where it went wrong a bit.
    Still, very cool.

    Thats pretty similar to the laser we have, same type actually the only difference is the one in this video has a pretty cool rotary mechanism for turning the stock, we pretty mush have to work on a flat surface. The rotary we have only works with cylindrical objects like glasses, tumblers, baseball bats, etc.

    The one in the video is really cool but I don't know how much custom checkering work is done now days.

    for a long while i had a heck of a time keeping up, things have gotten pretty slow the past few years tho
    these days mostly stock repairs/refinish for s few shops

    Keith would have never bleened up that grip cap at 1:57.
    I'm surprised they left that in the video. Doesn't inspire any confidence in me for their machine/company.

    sharp eye A C, i missedthat, but now pausing it and looking close, the ines are screwy as well in that area

    Pretty cool,but agree that not as crisp and sharp as they should be.

    Yeah,I too went back and froze frame at 1:57. That is horrible.
