Harbor Freight carries an 18" tool holder magnet for $4.99
Already rubber coated, intended to be mounted with screws, good STRONG magnet.
Would probably not work worth a crap for a Glock, alloy frame guns, etc.
Is it going to hold a gun in a violent crash? Probably not- but if that is my biggest problem after a violent crash- I'm good.0
