Thanks for the heads up. Your collection is nothing short of fantastic so I will be looking at her auctions a little closer. 0 -
I'll be watching 0 -
Thanks. Always interested in the "Good Stuff". 0 -
Even though I've sold off my collection of prewar Winchester Lever Actions and Colt Single Actions, I'll be watching and maybe bidding!!!!!
Good luck with your sales!0 -
Wishing you the best returns PS. 0 -
I hope its not because of a bad thing. 0 -
??? Why are you selling them off, are you okay? Of course if it's none of my business you don't have to answer. But you do have me worrying about you now. 0 -
I have wrist problems so bad I can't shoot anything bigger than 22 LR
can still drive but can not work on any equipment r0 -
Sorry to hear of your wrist issues and that you are selling of some of your collection. Will be watching the auctions and hope that all end up in good homes. 0 -
Sorry to hear, Perry.
I'll be watching close......
Best,

Sorry to hear about your wrist, but I'm really glad that it isn't something more serious...0 -
Glad you're back in here.
Sorry to hear you are having such trouble with your wrist.
There are going to be very happy winners of the up coming auctions.0 -
Sorry to hear about your health troubles.
I too shot NRA bullseye competition for many years.
Health got to me also.
Sold off many of my comp. guns.
Had loads and loads of ammo stockpiled for the guns.
My greatest joy was not selling it off, but rather giving it free
or at deeply cheap prices to new, young shooters and kids learning
to shoot.
During the not too long ago .22 shortage, I was "selling" a 50 rd
box of .22's to many of the local kids for $1.00. Had a thing going
with the parents...Ammo was for the kids only use, and 1 box per week,
unless they were in a "formal" shooting match.
Much of my 148gr.wadcutter .38spec. ammo was used to teach pistol
classes.
Find your self a JR. shooting club and give them your years of knowledge. It will make you feel young again![:)]0 -
Sorry about your malady P.S.
Kasey is also selling a handful of things out of my collection.
I am selling to fund new and exciting as yet unknown purchases.[:D]
I can see a scenario where she sells something of mine and I bid on something of yours. This may not work out for my wallet.
When I dropped stuff off with her a couple weeks ago I did see a very nice Colt with a fine pedigree. I didn't ask where it came from, yours?0 -
Good luck with the sales Perry Shooter, surely some nice stuff and hopefully tax season will help you bring top dollar.
Seems a lot of sellers lately sure hope we have younger buyers moving into a time in their life where they can acquire the items they have always wanted
Kasey seems to have a strong following and will surely get the most on the auctions0 -

We are cataloging everything today and working on getting an idea of how these will run in what batches. I am thinking a few need factory letters, so I will be calling Beverly over at the archives to make sure I get documentation on everything that needs it. Several already have letters. My "cohort", Barry, will be traveling out to Arizona next week to compete in an F-class competition....so we will wait until he gets back so both of us are here to do the extra special listings with the attention they deserve.
We obtained 104 firearms from Perry Shooter this week. Our goal for now is to get 10 listed per week with a various mix so nothing that is similar runs at the same time. The collection is AMAZING, filled with a lifetime of top notch firearms. I can only imagine what it would be like to part with any of these, much less all of them at one time. We will be doing everything we can to make sure things are done right.0 -

You wait until you see what Perry has! The ones you saw were here from another person (two are running now, two other from that collection starting next week.)0 -
