    In a cutting machine, it's worth it.I doubt it's worth the money in a common knife. It's an advertisement come on. Your going to need a special tool to sharpen it.Not a common whetstone.

    Tungsten is not a light metal. I have some Ti (6AL-4V) and one day when I have time I will make a knife out of it.

    Thanks for the video links Mike. They looked pretty impressive from the rope cutting test to see how many cuts he could make before it had trouble slicing paper nicely.

    Tungsten carbide blades I would imagine are a mother to sharpen. Also wouldn't something as hard a tungsten carbide be fairly brittle. Specially with a razors edge.

    Be great if you were careful and diligent in your cutting but I'd be concerned with the edge chipping away with any kind of edc kind of use.
