    Trust and friendship combined with skill and experience is perhaps not easily quantifiable...

    It's the ineffable subtle factors that inspire loyalty and long term return business and recommendations.

    Thank you guys!

    I have learned I am a bit more "reward" focused than I should be and making top 100 has become a plateau I strive to keep. I actually dipped down under top 100 not long ago and it haunted my thoughts until I saw my ranking back up in the top 100 section.

    Its because of people that have trusted me to handle their sales more than anything else and I couldn't do what I do without you guys supporting me and I deeply appreciate it.
