Oil Fracking Industry is Booming

I got this picture of this machine at the truck stop yesterday in Beaumont Texas. The driver told me this just came out of the factory there in Beaumont. He is hauling it up to the oil fields of Odessa Texas.
Odessa, and the neighboring city of Midland, are the epicenter of the Texas oil industry.
Gross vehicle weight is 120,000. The machine is made of stainless steel.
The sticker is $1.62 million. This is a giant pump that is used for fracking for oil.

The driver told me that this one company in Odessa has ordered 16 of these machines, and this is the first of the order. He told me that since Trump was elected they have more business than they know what to do with.

Great!!! hope they get 50 more on line. Let the rest of the world,
read that arabs, sell their oil elsewhere.
And to all the tree huggers against fracking, remember this:
When small towns in America started to grow, people complained about
all the horse droppings in the streets- we fixed that.
Then When cars clogged the roads-we fixed that.
When Jet airplanes screamed across cities-we fixed that
Now it's time to fix the imported oil BS.0 -
That is Fracking Awesome! [:D]

What brand/type tires? I manufacture Semi-Truck tractor trailer Trailers, we fabricate three axle (12 wheel) trailers on occasion, for heavy loads.
Do you sell to Utility Trailer? We go through a huge amount of tires daily/monthly/annually. 10,500 trailers at the facility I work at, last year. (49,500 for the Company in total.) New plant established in Mexico, this past year, will undoubtedly bring that total up. Big tire business there.0 -

They buy mostly AEOLUS tires from us. There has never been a warranty issue from a single tire. Aeolus also makes the WINDPOWER branded tire and they too are proving to be an excellent product.
I am sure your company has a national contract that makes competing by an independent like us almost impossible.0 -

Heard you Brother. Just throwing it out there. Hoping you could pick up some business. You are right (of course) I am pretty sure they are locked in. Big $$, in play.0 -
The ground under my Tree Farm has been analyzed to be frac sand. They mine a lot of it around here, but I have no intentions of selling out to a mine. At this time anyway. 0 -

Allen, if ya want a real experience; picture 32 frac trucks, each with twin V-16 engines, on the same location. All connected to a common manifold to pump down hole.
When the Frac Master dropped the flag it was 'balls to the wall' on all engines/pumps.
And you watch an entire 7 acre location covered with 1?" gravel start vibrating. [:0]
I have been on fracs like that when I worked for Dowell. Took longer to rig up and tear down than to pump. Don0 -
Tell him to drive it up here to NY so we can stuff it up Andy Cumo?s back side...[:(!]

And this is why gasoline is cheaper than it has been since before Obama stopped fracking...

From what I read the oil that's drilled in this country goes on the world market. It's not just sold to the US. They sell it for the highest price like everybody else.0 -
