Dad is spending my inheritance!!!

Talked to Dad last night and he mentioned he had just ordered a new BMW 760 V12 twin turbo. Dad is in his mid eighties and doesn?t drive much anymore. He is trading in his two year old X5 M with 11000 miles. I tried to talk him into a nice used Malibu but he just wouldn?t go for it. [:0][:)] Damn I could have used that hundred and sixty grand. [}:)][:D]

    He lives in Nevada and there are lots of open roads there. Dad has always spent money on cars and I?m sure he never considered any to be investments. My stepmother is pretty good at investing and Dad bought early Microsoft stock. After he left the Marines in the early 1960?s he got a union card out of NY in the stage workers union and spent most of the rest of his life in the technical side of show business on both coasts. He was entertainment director for the Flamingo Hilton for a number of years and closed out his career running the big trade shows for Bill Gates at Microsoft. My stepmother was in education for over 40 years,is a PHD and retired as a big wig administrator for Clark County,Nv. They worked hard for their money and I am happy they are enjoying it.
