With the shutdown, and the old hag and here twin brother always claiming that the federal workers are going to starve to death and loose their houses w/o a paycheck, why don't they just pay them? It's already been made clear that they will get all of their back pay anyway. Pay them now so that it is one less point for the trolls to make..

Like writing a check on a "no funds" account. Until Congress authorizes the budget, THERE IS NO MONEY WITH WHICH TO CASH THOSE PAYCHECKS so the payments can't be made.

Sure pay them the same as State issued unemployed benefits. Not full wages but enough to eat on.
