Norinco had SKS with 386 but could be others with same arsenal-

Milled receiver?? Norinco. If so with the 386, it's a good one, considered better than others.

It is made by PolyTech, 386 is the PolyTech factory. Not the same as Norinco but in the confusion of Chinese imports in he 80's and 90's there may have been some partnership between these two entity's.

This is correct.

My calling it Norinco is a hold over from long ago when polytech made the gagziilion guns norinco imported to the US.
Somewhat like GM making the chevy blazer and the Gmc Jimmy.....
...a rose by any other name.....
