pig skins recipe?

My son said that this spring he's going to buy some piglets to raise for slaughter.

He never really has liked fried pig skins enough to bother making homemade ones, so he told me if I wanted the rinds, he would give them to me.

So who has a good recipe that they would like to share?

  Ive never tried that but I wonder if you could finish them off in an air fryer?
