Brakeman Bill & the Crazy Donkey

OK, showing my age here. Born and raised in Seattle there was a TV program that featured a guy dressed like a train operator complete with an elaborate model train set-up. He had a hand puppet sidekick named Crazy Donkey and some one here equated AOC with a face like a donkey. That comment made remember the TV show so I googled it and, sure enough, the resemblance was definitely there.
Anyone else here remember the show?
