You might want to check out what form of iron is present in your water before you get too worried about it some forms are insoluble. But what the heck, the next time you go in for a checkup ask for an iron level test for your blood and discuss it with your doctor if it seems to be high.

Suggesting "blood letting" as a means to reduce cancer risk? You would do well in the 15th century.

A simple blood test will reveal the iron level.

If you are a man than watch your iron in your food and vitamin intakes. Even older women should be aware of this condition.

I am not a health professional and all info presented is for entertainment purposes only.

    FYI,

Furthermore, a recent epidemiological study reported that iron reduction by phlebotomy (blood letting) was associated with decreased cancer risks in a general population. Given that the required amounts of iron decrease during ageing, the fine control of body iron stores would be a wise strategy for chemoprevention of several diseases.

Do you throw up blood? That"s a good sign of Ulcers that come from worrying to much.

Remember that old country song by Buttermilk Cazonga, "Fry My Taters In A Cast-Iron Skillet".

You will by OK. BTW I'm not a doctor.

My wife bought herself some "woman" vitamins that are made just for women. She chose the gummy type with iron.

The first day she tried them, they about gagged her and she said she was going to throw them away. I said no way, 25 bucks in the trash!! I will just take them.

Now, about a month later, I need to start looking for a DD sized bra to hold my new set of ta ta's![:0] [:D][:D]

Yep I would quit taking any vitamins with iron unless you are anemic.
