    I truly do feel bad for her. It?s a terrible thing, not being able get your breath.
    But why wouldn?t she want to go home and live out her days in peace?

    The only thing keeping that old rag going is hate. She despises Trump and anything or anybody that isn't far left. Take away the one way she has to vent that hate, and she'd disappear in a puff of ugly green smoke.

    I also can't wish her harm but it wouldn't be a bad thing if Trump gets one more Justice on the court especially with a larger majority in the Senate. It would be one of the things he accomplishes that the Dems won't be able to undo so fast.

    Obviously the tax cut which hasn't even had the first year result is toast along with any hope of tightening border security.

    From what I have read she was actually good friends with Anthony Scalia.
    In an colorful statement that began like a theater review, Ginsburg wrote:

    I totally agree.

    Now with that said if you think the (D)'s are apoplectic over the border wall now; wait and see how truly INSANE they become over another Trump SCOTUS pick.

    and she is full if it. There are plenty of instances were she has made inflammatory comments about both GWB and DJT when all other SCOTUS judges are professional enough to save their comments until after they retire.

    i am not happy that she can no longer see her own failings but in some way i can understnd ..when i got to the point i could no longer physically run my farms (did it for all those years mostly by myself) it took me about 5 years to sit down and do nothing without feeling guilt or a sense of failure....

    You're probably right, BUT with the house having a majority of Democrats, do you think anybody would get her seat? They were just drag it out for two years and hope they get a Democrat president in.

    You're probably right, BUT with the house having a majority of Democrats, do you think anybody would get her seat? They were just drag it out for two years and hope they get a Democrat president in.


    The house has absolutely no say what so ever in the appointment of judges. Only the Senate.

    Confirmation for the Supreme Court is done by the Senate which, the Republicans have a majority.
