    Not my rifle. Don't know the story- sorry.

    Maybe it was a 9mm converted to .45.

    Or perhaps a glock plastic prototype.

    Might have been steel from a Colt 1911.

    Doesn't show signs of water damage from a boating accident.

    But differently not from a 15000 btu heater.

    Are you sure? That looks exactly like the damage from the CO2 emitted by a 15,000 BTU kerosene gas heater.[;)][:D]
