IMO, that gun in factory original condition as you asked would be about $750-$850. Add the box, documents and the rear sight and you could probably get close to $1000. 41 magnums seem to be a hot item lately. With a little research I would guess that that gun is a model 657-3 (because that is in the description) classic hunter (full lug style) with a product code of 103959, and seems to be the only one that fits in that timeline, especially due to the fact that "classic hunter" is laser etched in the right side of the barrel. There is no mention of a presentation grade model produced by S&W. Also, I have never seen a S&W case that did not have a blue felt liner. Someone did a nice job on it, however, IMO, it ain't no where close to being factory as the seller is declaring. Unless you have a bunch of $$$ you want to get rid of I'd stay way away from it.. I may be wrong, but I'm going by what I've seen and what I can read out of the SCoSW#4, you can always call S&W to see what they have to say..[:)] 0 -
