Problems with listing

I decided to try to sell some guns on Gun Broker. Hadn't done it before. I called up the sell part and got a message that said I wasn't configured to sell stuff, probably because of previous transactions. As I said, this was a first time trying to use the site. I sent a letter off to customer support and just got a form letter back saying it is OK. But it's not.Anyone have an idea what I need to do. Thanks

  Have you got a credit card attached to your account? And not just a debit card... I believe you have to have a credit card attached to your account in order to sell
  
  But I could be wrong

  Yep I checked, the credit card is there and the information is up to date. I'll just have to send off to customer support again I guess. Thanks
