j.p. sauer drilling

Trying to find out some info on a j.p.sauer drilling. It manufacture date is 11/44, which was in the last days of WW2. It has a very high grade stock, very limited engraving, and no cheekpiece. Obviously this is post-Luftwaffe. Why would it have even been built, and any idea of value. And of course, it is a 12x12x9.3x74r.

  It would be best to post quality close-up photos, specially of all markings.
  
  Very, Very unusual to find any sort of commercial firearm made so late in the war. This was 5 months after Normandy, and just before the Battle of the Bulge.
  
  At that point in time it would have only been custom made for some very important person, obviously not for commercial sale.
  
  Hard to price a one of a kind Drilling like this. If it's authentic and in factory original condition. Worth a lot of money, specially if it was shipped back to the fatherland.
  
  EDIT #1, The shotgun barrels being 12 gauge makes it even that more unusual, IMHO. Probably 90% of the German shotguns and combination guns I have run into over the years have been 16 gauge. Perhaps another indication it was a custom made, special order gun?
