Mark IV with reflex sight

I searched but didn't find any topics that addressed this:

I have a Ruger Mark IV and was thinking about putting a reflex site on it. Does anyone have a setup like that, either on a Mark IV or Buckmark or whatever? What do you think?

I would also like to hear if anyone uses a reflex site on their carry piece, or I guess any experience that you might have using one on a pistol.

Any suggestions on brand or type would be appreciated as well, keeping it under a $300 budget.

    I have a pair of Ruger 22/45 pistols with FastFire and FF2 dot sights. Both are mounted using the rear sight dovetail inserts. This makes for a solid, low profile, handy set-up and is extremely effective and accurate.
    Finding a holster may be an issue depending on preferences. One of my pistols rides in a FOBUS Kydex with the cutout front and the other has a personally modified Uncle Mikes nylon belt holster.
    The last part you can choose to believe or not: Either of these pistol/dot combinations is capable of consistent hits on an 8" plate @ 100 yards using a sandbag rest. Even my 12 year old Grandson can do this about 2 of 3 shots.
