NATO to leave 1987 Intermediate missle treaty
A Tactical nuclear war is very possible now with A.I.hyper sonic nuclear missiles. Only a viable energy beam weapon can balance the equation of Mutual Assured Destruction. It will be the last card to play before we try to destroy ourselves.

if we PIZZ Russia off enuff to cancel their rocket rental to the SPACE STATION we may have to find tickets from CHINA, at least they can get to the moon ...now govt furloughs should include NASA bureaucracy because they are a big SPACE filled with non essential workers.... 0
