Shipment to Canada
I have an old double barrel Knickerbocker, American Gun Company 12 gauge that belonged to my Grandfather. It was his "tractor and combine" gun. The story is he use to carry it around in the fields on his machinery when times were tough in the 30s and find birds (pheasants) and shoot them for supper. In any case my uncle found the gun in pretty bad shape. He was a very experienced Tool and Die Maker and fixed as much as he could and then took it to a Gunsmith who finished it up. My uncle gave it to me several years ago. I have shot it a couple times with low brass shells but have been afraid to shoot it with high brass shells. I would like to pass it on to my nephew who will be my grandfathers only great-grandson. The gun is probably worth about $200 and is just a wall hanger. However, my nephew lives in Canada. Is it possible to ship a gun to Ontario and if so how is it done. Since my nephew is not a shooter or hunter would it be better if I took the firing pins or whatever out? Thanks!

must be done thru importer or snuck thru the boarder= jail time,,just not worth the hassle for a cheapo shotgun 0
